5. Implementing workshops on research management for reinforcement of primary health care researchers.
6. Running and developing data bank in the realm of tobacco control.
7. Following up and supporting applicable projects in order to implement them in proper executive organizations.
8. Communicating with national and international universities and research centers in order to implement projects and educating programs jointly.
9. Communicating with TFI unit locating in EMRO in order to implement regional programs.
10. Communicating with FCA and having mutual collaboration.
11. Collaborating with National Tobacco Control Committee and related national councils.
12. Encouraging and collaborating with public NGOs in the realm of health.
13. Providing, compiling and writing educating packages on tobacco prevention and control programs, using latest technologies and broadcasting them.
14. Training expert and skillful human resources, specially physicians, in the realm of tobacco control programs.
15. Upgrading scientific and executive abilities of human resources involved in tobacco control programs.
16. Providing educational, treatment and counseling services for smoking cessation.
17. Implementing training workshop on new treatments of smoking cessation for health-care professionals.
18. Running specialized courses of MPH and Ph.D on tobacco control and collaborating for implementing, developing and reinforcing related programs.
19. Collaborating on monitoring and evaluating tobacco prevention and control programs with executive organizations.
20. Continuous assessment and evaluation of accomplished activities.
