Duties:
- setting the priorities in terms of subject of the conference based on the suggestion of hospital wards and units
- setting short term (6months) and yearly programs( national and international)
- setting the time table of each congress
- guiding the selection of scientific and executive committee members of each congress
- offering guidance and help in selection of the location of the congress, budget, lecturers, etc
- offering guidance and help regarding advertisements, posters, abstracts, typing and translation, preparing brochure and etc
- making a connection with related national and international organizations
