9- Participation in daily morning report sessions and evaluation of the status of newly hospitalized patients

11- Supervision and control of personnel’s working schedule and balanced distribution of human forces in wards
12- Evaluation of deceased cases and their medical records
13- Evaluation of  nursing reports in files and report notebooks
14- Planning for improving the quality of care and services offered to patients (educational programming)
15-  Collecting data from the hospital
16-  Supervising the completion of the personnel’s records
17- Face to face interview with personnel
18- Requesting verbal and written reports from supervisors of all shifts
19- Requesting daily report from the nursing educational unit
20- Requesting report from personnel through holding courses and committees
21- Participation in legislative councils and intra organization committees
22- Active participation in hospital committees
23- Matching hospital issues with the hospital standards
24- Continuous assessment of wards according to the approved check list
25- Guiding the related units to achieve the organization’s goals
26- Offering solutions to empower the personnel’s motivation
27- Yearly evaluation of nursing personnel
28- Training new personnel
29- Sending reports regarding the official, assigned, on contract personnel, extra work hours , etc to the treatment and medication deputy
30- Presenting the total statistics to the treatment and emergencies committee.
